Contacting Support
SAMI-X offers multiple ways to get help when you need it.
Support Widget
The quickest way to reach us is through the support widget inside the app:

Viewing Your Tickets
You can view all your support tickets at any time:
Replying to Support Emails
When our team responds to your ticket, you'll receive an email notification. You can reply in two ways:
- Reply directly to the email — your response will automatically be added to the ticket conversation
- Reply in the app — click "View Conversation" in the email to open the ticket in SAMI-X
Replying to the email is the fastest way to respond — no need to log in to the app.
Ticket Statuses
Your tickets can have the following statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Your ticket has been received and is waiting for a response |
| In Progress | Our team is actively working on your issue |
| Awaiting Reply | We've responded and are waiting for your input |
| Resolved | The issue has been resolved |
| Closed | The ticket has been closed |
If you reply to a resolved or closed ticket, it will automatically reopen so our team can follow up.
Tips for Faster Support
- Be specific — include details like what page you were on, what you clicked, and what happened
- Choose the right category — this helps us route your request to the right team member
- Include screenshots — if something looks wrong, a screenshot helps us understand the issue quickly
