App Overview

The SAMI-X app is organized into several main sections, accessible from the sidebar navigation.

Join in and Train

• Guided Trainings — Follow-along workout sessions

Using the Sidebar

The sidebar can be:

• Collapsed: Click the rail to minimize
• Expanded: Click again to show full navigation
• Pinned items: Add frequently used pages to your pinned section
